Ceiba • Vieques • Culebra Schedule Monitor
FerryAlert was born out of a personal frustration. While planning a Puerto Rico vacation, it became clear how difficult it was to secure ferry tickets due to irregular and unannounced schedule postings by the Maritime Transport Authority (ATM). Tickets would appear online with no warning and sell out within hours—sometimes within minutes—leaving travelers scrambling.
We built FerryAlert initially just to solve our own problem: a simple automated monitor that watched the official Puerto Rico Ferry website and sent an email the moment new inventory dropped for the Ceiba to Vieques and Ceiba to Culebra routes. It worked. We got our tickets.
After talking to other travelers in forums and Facebook groups, it was clear this was a shared struggle. We opened up the tool so anyone planning a trip to Vieques or Culebra could sign up for an alert for their specific travel month. No more obsessively refreshing the ferry website at odd hours.
Our system scans the official Puerto Rico ferry schedule 24/7, checking for new inventory across all available months for both the Ceiba to Vieques and Ceiba to Culebra routes.
The moment new tickets are detected for your travel month, we send you an email with a direct link to book—before the tickets disappear.
You pay $1 once for a specific travel month. We monitor that month until tickets drop and send your alert. No recurring charges, no hidden fees.
Running FerryAlert 24/7 requires server hosting, database storage, and a reliable email delivery service. Rather than serving intrusive ads or selling user data to cover these costs, we charge a small, one-time $1 fee per alert.
What your $1 covers:
This model keeps FerryAlert clean, private, and independent. Your email is used only to send your ferry alert and nothing else.
We collect your email for one purpose only: sending you a ferry alert for the month you selected. Once your alert is sent, your information is purged from our system. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third party.
